ABOUT THE SECURITY OF YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION

On most browsers, you should see an indication of this in the form of a lock of something similar to this.

While the server is secure, it is important to know that this alone does not protect your information when it leaves the server to its final destination, unless the information is ENCRYPTED prior to being sent.

Our Secure Email server has been set up to ENCRYPT each and every email with a state-of-the-art data encryption algorithm PRIOR to sending these emails to our office. Once the message is received, we then use a special decoder that only exists on our system to DECODE your message.

Some browsers, such as Internet Explorer, is unable to detect our Government strength ENCRYPTION module on the secure server and may pop up a warning that your information may not be secure. Simply acknowledge the pop- up to send your message. Rest assured that your information has the highest level of security available and is unreadable to anyone other than us.
